D. God does all the work in saving us!
E. We are simply to make a non-meritorious decision after hearing the Gospel message!
F. God the Holy Spirit in Common Grace makes the Gospel understandable to the unbeliever in
order that they may make a decision to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ or to reject Him for
salvation (John 16:7-11; 1 Cor. 2:14)!
G. God the Holy Spirit makes our faith effective for salvation (2 Cor. 6:1-2)!
H. The Gospel is the instrument used or the message used to save the unbeliever!
I. Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it (the gospel) is the power of God for
salvation to everyone who believes (in Christ), to the Jew first and also to the Greek
(Gentile).”
J. There is only 1 way to be saved, “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved”
(Acts 16:31)!
K. John 3:36, “He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son
shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”
L. God the Holy Spirit makes three issues understandable to the unbeliever at the point of
hearing the Gospel message:
1. The sin of unbelief (rejection of Christ as Savior)
2. Righteousness (our righteousness does not measure up to Christ’s righteousness )
3. Judgement (Satan has been judged at the Cross)!
M. 1 Corinthians 1:18 says that the word of the cross (the Gospel) is foolishness to the unbeliever,
but to the believer, it is the power of God to the believer!
N. God does all the work at salvation, that’s grace!
O. Our part is simply to make the non-meritorious decision to believe in Christ!
P. Every Church Age believer becomes a member of the Royal Family of God and a member of the
Body of Christ at the moment of personal faith in Jesus Christ through the Baptism of the Spirit!
Q. Every Church Age believer has Equal Privilege and Equal Opportunity to execute the Protocol
Plan of God which means that we all have a destiny regardless of our social, economic, sexual
or racial status or human IQ (Gal. 3:26-28; Col. 3:11)!
R. The very fact that you have personally believed in Christ is the beginning of a fantastic destiny
for you in time as well as in eternity (1 Cor. 2:9)!
S. God has a plan for you and I in this life and in eternity!
T. We have eternal security because of the Baptism of the Spirit!
U. Eternal security means that we cannot lose our salvation!
V. There is no sin that you and I can commit that can make us lose our salvation!
5
W. God is not an Indian Giver, even He cannot take back our salvation once we believe in His Son
because we have adjusted to His justice by believing in His Son!
X. Once saved, always saved (John 10:23)!
Y. Romans 8:38-39, “For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor
principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth,
nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in
Christ Jesus our Lord.”
VII. The Baptism of the Spirit
A. To be “in Christ Jesus” refers to the Baptism of the Spirit!
B. The Baptism of the Spirit occurs at the moment of salvation when the omnipotence of God the
Holy Spirit places the Church Age believer in an eternal union with the Person of Jesus Christ,
thus identifying the believer with Christ forever (Mark 16:16; John 7:37-39; 14:20; Acts 1:5;
2:1-4; Rom. 6:3-5; 1 Cor. 12:13; Gal. 3:26-28; Eph. 4:5; Col. 2:11-13; 1 Pet. 3:21)!
C. The Baptism of the Spirit is the basis for eternal security and our personal sense of destiny!

11. Positional Sancification (1 Cor. 15:22; Eph. 5:25-27)!
12. Equal Privilege and Equal Opportunity (Gal. 3:26-28; Col. 3:11)!
13. Eternal life (1 John 5:11-12)!
14. Imputed righteousness (2 Cor. 5:21)!
15. Election (Eph. 1:3-4)!
16. Predestination (Eph. 1:5-6)!
17. Sonship (Gal. 3:26)!
18. Eternal inheritance (1 Pet. 1:4)!
19. Adoption (Eph. 1:5)!
20. Citizens of Heaven (Phil. 3:20)!
VIII. The Protocol Plan of God
A. The believer who acquires a personal sense of destiny knows that God has a plan for their
life.
B. God has a specific plan for every Church Age believer, the Protocol Plan of God!
C. The Protocol Plan of God says that a right thing must be done in a right way!
D. Way back in eternity past, a perfect God designed a perfect plan for imperfect people!
E. The Protocol Plan of God demands that the Church Age believer utilize Divine omnipotence!
F. The Protocol Plan of God is based upon perfect Divine Power!
G. Since, God’s plan is perfect and believers are imperfect, grace is the only policy that God uses
to carry out His game plan for the Church Age (Col. 2:6)!
H. Grace says that God gives us everything we need to execute the Protocol Plan of God under
Logistical Grace!
6
I. In order to execute the Protocol Plan of God, we must learn God’s Word, i.e., Bible Doctrine!
J. Bible Doctrine must be number one priority in the Church Age believer’s life!
K. Without knowledge of Bible Doctrine, there is no execution of the Protocol Plan of God!
L. And specifically without knowledge of Mystery Doctrine, there is no execution of the Protocol
Plan of God!
M. God’s knowledge is power!
N. Knowledge of God’s plan gives us power!
O. No knowledge, no power, no execution of the Protocol Plan of God!
P. The Church Age believer must specifically learn the Mystery Doctrines for the Church Age in
order to execute the Protocol Plan of God!
Q. The Mystery Doctrines for the Church Age are found in the New Testament epistles!
R. They are not found in the Old Testament Scriptures!
S. The Church Age believer learns how to live the Christian way of life from learning Mystery
Doctrine!
T. Mystery Doctrine is God’s game plan for the Church Age believer!
U. Perceiving, metabolizing and applying the Mystery Doctrines for the Church Age results in the
execution of the Protocol Plan of God!
V. The Protocol Plan of God for the Church Age believer is to grow to spiritual maturity and become
an Invisible Hero and thus glorify God in the Angelic Conflict!
W. If you are not in the Protocol Plan, then you are living in the Cosmic System of Satan!
X. Winners execute the Protocol Plan of God which is God’s game plan for the Church Age
believer!
IX. Divine Decrees
A. A personal sense of destiny is directly related to the believer’s understanding of the Divine
Decree.
B. The decree of God is His eternal, holy, wise and sovereign purpose, comprehending at once
all things that ever were or will be in their causes, courses, conditions, successions, and
relations and determining their certain futurition (i.e., that they will certainly take place).
1. Comprehending: Omniscience of God as the source of the divine decrees.
2. Determining: Sovereignty of God choosing before anything existed which things would
actually become historical events.
C. The Divine Decrees are actually 1 decree but because of the limitations of our human brain
we often use the plural, decrees, to express the many facets of God’s plan.
1. The 1 decree was given billions of years ago in less than a second and covering
everything in all of what to us is past, present, and future history (Psa. 2:7; 148:6; Dan.
9:24).
2. All history was yet future at the time of the decrees.
D. The decree of God is His eternal and immutable will regarding the future existence of events
which will happen in time and regarding the precise order and manner of their occurrence.
1. The will of God in common usage refers to what God desires of an individual or group in
a particular situation.
2. The will of God in relation to the Divine Decrees refers to the decision God made in
eternity past, from His attribute of sovereignty, which established that certain things would

those who are good and gentle, but also to those who are unreasonable. For this finds favor,
if for the sake of conscience toward God a man bears up under sorrows where suffering
unjustly. For what credit is there if, when you sin and are harshly treated, you endure it
with patience? But if when you do what is right and suffer for it you patiently endure it,
this finds favor with God. For you have been elected for this purpose, since Christ also
suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps.”
